All federal level politicians should be limited to two terms. State and federal supreme court justices should be limited to eight years total on the bench. Neither the government or the law should remain stagnant or bias. It must remain possible to peacefully repair mistakes made in our lifetimes.

All federally elected Politicians should be classified as "at will" employees and paid by the hour with no politician earning more than the average hourly wage in there own state. Also no politician should be eligible for health care any better than the average for the state they rep.
