I have statistics for all 47 Presidents: age when taking office, left office, & died (5 haven't died yet). Only 4 (Jackson, Eisenhower, Reagan, Biden, Trump45) were >70 when they left office. Quite a few were in their 60's. That tells me an upper limit of 65 for *taking* office would be reasonable.
