sometimes I just think about how much I love my dog and how she's so teeny and tiny and just wants to be loved and *I* get to be the one to give that to her and I cry a bit about it.

Made the unfortunate discovery that my most common migraine trigger now is stress. Double unfortunate bc I have basically been existing in a state of constant stress all year. Triple unfortunate that my meds work great for hormonal/random migraines but barely work for stress ones. Unfortunate.
