FYI - DELIVERING FOR AMERICA PLAN - U.S. POSTAL SERVICE NEW RULE - Postmarks now reflect the date mail is processed at a regional sorting facility, not the day dropped into a mailbox. Now mail deposited on a deadline (ballots) might be postmarked 1–3 days later, causing it to be late!!!
