We often neglect the dynamic and temporal relationship between authorization and people. Most software manifestations of this neglect result in a frustrating experience.

Not sure if this is wrong or right...but as a tech manager I've never told people what to do. I tell them what the problems might be. Then I walk away. I check in on if they have the support to diagnose and remediate. Eventually, they solve the problem. Turns out this makes for independent thinkers.

Time to disappoint my new followers 🙃… As someone who has to work (professionally) with #fsharp, #python, and #rust on a weekly basis, I can confidently say: They are each disappointing in their own ways, but using the mix of them is still better than doing *everything* in exclusively one of them.
