You misinterpreted that section. It is saying every member of the administration can be removed by impeachment not they all go if the President is impeached.

Article II, Section 4 allows the removal of an entire administration if he is impeached & convicted of Treason. That should be the minimum ANY candidate offers in order to earn any votes, if the elections still happen.
