A lot of the work you do is outwardly invisible. That means, to others, it looks like nothing has been done. In reality, you've put in a LOT of effort. Researching. Contemplating. Gathering information. Becoming wiser. Practicing. Make these tangible and REWARD THEM. You've worked hard! 💜✨

It's weird to say this, but the best remedy for burnout really is just.... Rest more Do less. Find ways to be more efficient at what you currently do, but stop adding on more to your plate. Make things feel manageable first.
