Tesla only submitted autonomous miles to the CA DMV twice & it was always a grift: 2016: 550 miles due to repeated retakes for the "Paint it Black" video. 2019: 12 miles for Autonomy Day, where Musk said 1M robotaxis in 2020. Tesla did a $2.8BN cap raise 8 days later. But, still no robotaxis.
