Consequence of Sound #43 album of 2024. Knocked Loose's 'You Won't Go Before You're Suppose To.' I didn't do anything wrong, stop screaming at me. Not my thing. Didn't get through the second song. Probably won't be revisiting.

Consequence of Sound #44 album of 2024. They pinholed this one as jazz, which I don't know much about. However, it reminded me of Kraftwerk. So I you love Krautrock and curious about jazz, maybe check this out. Or don't, whatever.

Consequence of Sound #45 album of 2024. Confession; I may have come into this a little skeptical. Not a huge metal fan and these guys have been doing this for a LOOOONG time. How much juice do they have left? Well a lot apparently. This was really fun.

Consequence of Sound #49 album of 2024. Maxo Kream's 'Personifaction'. Really personal stories. Laid back vocals and groove. My neck is sore from the head bob. Great guests.

Consequence of Sound #50 album of '24. Not the Breeders or Pixies but all Kim Deal. She threw all genres into a bag a created something special. If there are 49 albums better than this, 2024 will be one of the best

Now listening to NME's #431 album of all time. One of the big grunge bands. This album really leans into the sounds of metal music. Vocals gave me chills. Some grunge sounds dated. This one holds up.

Now listening to NME's #430 album of all time. New to me. As a punk rock fan not sure about baroque pop, so don't listen to me. It is bombastic and dramatic. Good string section and strong production. In what setting would you play this?

Now listening to NME's #429 album of all time. I don't love pop-punk. It tends to be a bit samey-same for me. This one has little more grit. It feels more sincere. Good hooks. It's OK but it might...wait for it...just take some time
