! Just a ridiculous haul the past few weeks. Couldn’t scratch that itch hard enough. Didn’t mean to buy mostly Cherry Red stuff but they’re doing what Rhino used to do, only far better.

i generally think ppl can tell fiction from reality, but movies have made it difficult for ppl to recognize the state of things when it doesn’t look like the movies. we are living in the cyberpunk dystopia *now*. sorry it doesn’t look just like Blade Runner or The Matrix.

This has been on the wantlist for years, and now I'm tempted to add every single piece of batshittery ever released by Wergo's Spectrum sub-label, some wonderfully weird shit in there from an era in 80s Germany where clearly every beardy weirdo in Europe fancied themselves as the next Stephan Micus

There’s not a day goes past that I don’t miss Tony Bourdain, great man, great friend, great writer. Nothing can make up for the loss of him, of course, but it’s wonderful to hear his voice live from the page in the compellingly brilliant Anthony Bourdain Reader edited by Kim Witherspoon.

jfc I'm tired of apps that have an update to download every damn day. nice that you're fixing bugs, but a certain point it's juts intrusive to my workflow. unless it's a critical defect, bundle that shit.

Here's Savage Republic, Live at the Melkweg 87, on Staaltape. Most of my Staaltape cassettes are Pink Dots, but I always loved this as like a crossover. One day I'll photograph my huge pile of IPR items. I so appreciate these labels who made all releases big & beautiful!!
