Pretty sunrise a few days ago. I have to tell you, my favorite time of day is the hour before the sun comes up. There is just something magical about the window when the natural world is waking up to the new day, but the human world is still asleep.

Microplastics but macro-concerns on the brain
Nature Reviews Cancer, Published online: 13 May 2026; doi:10.1038/s41568-026-00937-9Microplastics and nanoplastics (MNPs) are increasingly recognized as pervasive environmental exposures. In the ocean, humpback whales have surprised scientists with one of the strangest and kindest things seen in nature. When orcas, also known as killer whales, go hunting other sea animals like seals, sea lions, small dolphins, or even baby whales, humpback whales often arrive to stop the attack.

A big question the global public should ask the media is, why the hype and panic over a virus with a low RO, that is not Novel? Yet minimal to no concern about the Avian flu variants circulating globally for 2 years now? H5N5 is novel, and the viruses are evolving to risk H-H transmission.

It is super easy check this: All you have to do is see where excess deaths from 2021-2022 were the highest. If the COVID vaccine had actually killed this many people, you'd find sky-high excess deaths in highly vaccinated areas. Instead, you see the opposite.
