People think we live in a democracy and not a dictatorship of capital cause they don’t want to contend with what you have to do to get out of a dictatorship of the ruling class

Democratic socialism doesn’t mean anything. Socialism is already democratic because it’s run by workers. American “democracy” is inherently un-democratic because it exists under a dictatorship of capital where senators can be bought and lobbied by weapons manufacturers

if you're an able-bodied cis person with job & home stability, i really do expect you to contribute to mutual aid or find volunteer work you can do. please make this a habit. calling reps is ok but there's people on the ground doing tangible work & they're not politicians. help your real community

Democrats are capitalists, even the most progressive democrats still think the US, its military, its police force, its economic system and its imperialized territories should exist. If you want to end that system you must build and organize outside of the 2 parties.

Just like how you schedule time for friends, family, work and rest. You need to make time for organizing or mutual aid. Many people finally realize we live under fascism. Fascism always leads to genocide and you have a moral obligation to oppose genocide. You MUST make time for action.

Absolutely no excuse for inaction in the face of genocide. Join an anti-imperialist organization and start working on dismantling the American Military Industrial Complex
