Most of the time, when anything aspects my least pleasant natal placements, it just feels like crap. I’m all for finding the positive in transits and in challenging natal placements, but this legitimately and routinely sucks.

New yoga students keep finding me on their own. What’s really interesting to me is that it’s one demographic and they don’t all know each other: Apparently, women over 65 are my students! I enjoy working with this group so…awesome. I don’t know why they’re all find me but it’s neat that they are!

1) One thing I’ve done a lot of over the last year: intentionally seek out healthy ways to consistently find peace in this hellscape. Painting is the overall winner. It absolutely resets my brain. Yoga is also reliable and leaves me feeling better in the brain and the body.

Using divination to sort out timelines for projects…it’s easy to get annoyed when the timing doesn’t line up exactly the way one wants…but when it doesn’t, I typically end up realizing that the recommended timing is better (for reasons that aren’t always obvious to humans).

We have an impeccable bedtime scene around here. We have dogs, we have dessert, we have a large, comfy bed, and the space just feels good.

…sometimes you get obsessed with an asana and right now it’s Virabhadrasana III because it feels like flying.

Today’s energy has not been kind to me lol 🫠
