must say, as someone who does a lot of theory-heavy work, i’m getting a little tired of folks in the subfield assuming a lack of intellectual “rigor” on the part of theorists. hard to square with us putting out so much work that struggles to understand the relationship between theory and method.

1) Walked into a restaurant tonight, a cocktail with lemon juice popped into my head. Don’t remember the last time I had a cocktail but it looked good. Server came over to tell us specials and the drink special had gin, elderflower liquor, and lemon juice. I hit that buzzer so hard haha.

Made sure to clean the kitchen before bed, after blowing it off last night…and I’m glad I did because I love waking up to a clear kitchen (I was really tired last night.)
