Just an update on the podcast: My basement flooded two months ago and we had to get everything packed up and put in storage. That included all of my recording gear. So I will be back in September when the basement is (hopefully) completed. Thanks for your patience everyone!!!

Made some pretty great Stromboli the other night. One pepperoni, one goat Italian sausage. Both contained Black Forest ham, roasted cubanelle peppers, fresh and dry mozzarella and herbed garlic oil. Used some Don Peppinos as a dipping sauce. 🍜 🍽️🍕#food

Forgot to post this but this was one of my bday/ Father’s Day gifts. Getting used to it but I already really like it better than most of the spatulas I have. Its scraping ability is key. Also, I keep calling it morningwood by accident because of course.

We ate at La Costiera in Baltimore for our anniversary Friday and it was great. Nduja stuffed fried olives, country pate, grilled asparagus, arancini and sweetbreads (which I didn’t get a pic of because we were housing everything by then). Great drinks too.
