Draw your own conclusions, but the president of Palantir Canada sits on Carney's council for Canada/US relations. And the feds also did a deal with Palantir, via a homegrown proxy.

I'd love to see a reporter ask rank-and-file ICE agents if they understand that the administration is clearly hoping one of them gets killed out there. "Are you ready to give your life to become a meme pushed by incels on Twitter for a couple days?"

Word on the street: 3 more floor crossers in the wings. But they'll probably wait to announce until the exact hour in between PP winning his leadership review and PP making his post-review speech.

We’ve created the perfect sickness storm because whether you have covid or not right now, whatever sickness you have is probably worse because Covid damaged your immune system or other organs. But still we do almost nothing to prevent or reduce multiple Covid infections.

Remember how CBC dedicated an entire call-in show to "The US is going to annex us. What are your thoughts on that?" and they had Kevin O'Leary on as an 'expert'? And they doubled and tripled down, defending their decision to do that? CBC, he does not respect you. Why do y'all respect him?!

Well, this is entirely on point. From experience with multiple institutions, Canada's research integrity processes are completely inadequate. They automatically cover for influential individuals no matter what they do, even when lives and health are on the line. H/T

The total cost of a completed "Golden Dome," named for the tyrant's favourite colour, could reach trillions of dollars. I'll think of this when official framing around national pharmacare shifts to it being "just too expensive."

The left shouldn’t get into a quagmire over the monarchy. Focus on economic democracy — socialize the market. Focus on climate change — keep the planet from cooking. Focus on the welfare state — build it out to serve people. Stop picking stupid, useless fights.
