When I eat Feijoa, I cut up the “shell”, pop it in a bread bag. This lives in the freezer. Once the bag is full, I make Feijoa &chilli jelly. Perfect for the small scungie ones that don’t get eaten too. Picked up lots on my park walk tonight. Making feijoa & ginger cake for dessert.
