Our visitor is named Snowball. This morning I was walking home from the post office & saw Snowball sitting on someone’s lap on the porch 2 houses down. I stopped & introduced myself. Snowball is a much loved indoor/outdoor cat who lives with 3 children. I told his human Snowball visited us.

She might. The challenge is that Simon and Jolene sleep in the bed with me every night and Flower doesn’t like them (she hisses at them.) I think Flower would need to be in the bed first. Simon was able to be on the bed with her bc she was sleeping & didn’t know he was there.

It only happened once - our 1st full day in the house - Flower got into my bed for the 1st time. She stayed there all day long. My bed is on the floor without a frame for years for senior cats. I tried moving her pet steps near it. She hasn’t tried to get in the bed again. Happy #Caturday

Photos from my 0.4 mile walk into town to go to the post office today. I found the pharmacy, library, hardware store, bakery, grocery store, and there’s more. At least 2 parks. I think there is a foot bridge to that gazebo. It was my 2nd time at post office & they already know me.

I love this video of Jude from last Christmas. We had those peppermint toys for a few years and they were Jude’s favorite. It was so hard finding toys that Jude liked. He adored the peppermints. I am grateful to @samindy4.bsky.social who made them & brought Jude joy.

They are pretty sure Jude has cancer. More testing on Thurs. I will not prolong, but they need the test. I’ve been down this road. Kitty 🌈 had small cell lymphoma. We think Jude has large cell, which is more aggressive. Keeping him comfortable.
