Firefox users: to disable the new AI bullshit, go to about:config, search for "browser.ml.chat.enabled" and set it to false. This removes both the chatbot crap as well as the "smart tabs" as an option. If the latter still shows up, check that "browser.tabs.groups.smart.enabled" is set to false.

Redid the calculations by actually reading the metric values from the font files, and also doing cap-height while I'm at it. Results are very similar, with the updated weighted mean for x-height being 0.524, and cap-height being 0.711.
