In early releases of Spyro: A Hero's Tail, a misaligned loading trigger in Dark Mine makes it easy to avoid loading the tunnel to Magma Falls, leading to a black void in its place. In this clip, the game has been modified to show the loading/unloading triggers and list the loaded maps on the left.

Fun fact, the way I found this out was by making the multiplayer mod. I had added the ability for players to independently die/despawn, and the game was randomly crashing while they or another player were breathing electric. Took a while to track down since the mod isn't easy to playtest on my own.

I kinda wanna rewrite my AHT multiplayer mod but I'm afraid it'll turn into an even bigger mess.

As an experiment I made a script that shuffles around the trigger positions in a map file. The result is about as chaotic as you'd expect. #SpyroTheDragon #SpyroAHerosTail
