The whole franchise is risk-averse that is the problem. The Eagles, Broncos and Patriots are not. We are a dinosaur. You can always prioritize finding a QB. Tomlin had Ben longer than the ravens have had Lamar and they chose him. All these decisions fall on Tomlin. He is not cutting it.
