Who would I be if I didn't do a Christmas Eve bake? These are burnt tahini cookies from Paola Velez's Bodega Bakes cookbook, and I am in love! These cookies are almost savory thanks to cooked tahini, browned butter, and sesame seeds, but they're balanced with milk chocolate chunks. YUM!
