I've heard the same about solo board games. Once I had a games critic ask me if I needed to do better components or some-such to convince folks to buy a solo game, and don't I worry about the sales? Fun fact: solo games easily outsell multiplayer! It's a huge & happy market of joyful people!

All Is Bomb 2nd Edition development thought: It's always such a relief and a surprise when an expansion or a variant that I thought would need even more cards to truly work, becomes instantly better when minimised instead. Speaks a lot about what actually makes the system tick.
