Let's get this clear. The First Amendment protection of speech prevents the government from interfering with the freedom of speech. That is what just happened to Jimmy Kimmel. It wasn't about what he said, it us about the US Government interfering in his right to say it.

This is the destruction of the First Amendment. Anyone who swore an oath to the constitution, this is your line that should never be crossed.

The Supreme Court has previously held that hate speech is protected by the First Amendment as long as it doesn't incite violence or cause direct harm. Bondi is overreaching in her opinion that hate speech can be legally suppressed. She is proposing violating the First Amendment.

Brenden Carr, head of the FCC just used the threat of revoking ABC's license to silence Jimmy Kimmel. This is a clear violation of the First Amendment of the Constitution. -- To use the power of the US Government to silence political speech.
