Renewable baseload energy and safer forests – that’s what California's largest biomass facility in Anderson is delivering. The facility creates 30 megawatts of energy and employs about 50 people. I had a great time touring the plant, learning how it all works, and speaking with the workers.

A day spent in Redding is a day well spent! It was a pleasure touring the vibrant and up-and-coming downtown, art district, recreation district, and cultural district. It's been wonderful to watch so much of this development take place over the last decade. Things are really looking up for Redding!
