Would deathrite shaman be fine in legacy? Is tamiyo not a literal 1 mana planeswalker? Power creep has gotten so absurd that I can't imagine having another hyper efficient 1 drop would be problematic. We desperately need more non delver/stompy fair decks and DRS is just that
