I think what frustrates me here is the lack of discussion on Forge Combo/The One Ring in the article. I still believe the timing was really off here, and EW EU/Asia will certainly be... something.

I am so sad about this announcement. Nadu was the most fun I've had in legacy since top was banned. Also Nadu and UB reanimator were two of the only decks that had decent forge matchups. Maybe people are able to point more hate at that deck now but otherwise not knocking it down seems wild to me.

I went a mediocre 4-3 in the @dmvlegacyleague.com classic. Wanted one last event with my favorite Avian creature. Event was great. Nice opponents, excellent vibes, and good turnover time. Only thing lacking was a few more wins.

Appreciate the support I got but this was one of my worst showings yet. Took some unbelievably frustrating losses today. What kills me though is I'm largely happy with how I played. And I've pretty regularly felt like that after these, which leads me to believe I'm much worse than I realize. (1/2)

I really want to qualify for the first season of RCs next year. So I was planning to go to an RCQ today but I had a pretty bad day yesterday and am choosing to go to a local legacy event where I know I'll have more fun instead. It's unfortunate but I'm proud of myself for making this choice.
