First day of PT in the books. 🫡

I’m officially 24 days post ACL Surgery and I can confidently say that was one of the worst days of my life. Constant throbbing pain through pain meds was not what I expected. Day two has gotten significantly better and I’m on the road to recovery. Feeling much much better.
