Re-reading my own fic is wild. On the one hand I wrote it *for me*, so of course I enjoy the themes and developments. On the other hand my writing changed a lot in the last three years, and I can tell how much I was struggling to find my feet at the time.

Back at home. I love going to conventions, but they are exhausting. 🛋 And sadly one of my many health issues has been very "loud" since yesterday - not convention related, just bad timing - so I don't think I'll be able to stay on the sofa this week.

Last convention evening with wonderful friends, excellent food and... oh yeah, more wine. What a surprise. But in all seriousness, I needed a weekend like this without any real life bullshit.

The Grimm cast is so much fun, I've been informed multiple times that Charles Edwards was NOT a chauffeur (my bad!), but he IS charming as hell, and I'm not allowed to have frozen vodka slushies ever again.

Lee Pace? Super sweet guy. David Giuntoli? Shorter than you'd think, but also super friendly. Sasha Roiz? 🔥🔥🔥 And the whole convention is in love with the chauffeur from Downton Abbey? For reasons I have yet to find out. Next stop? Another party. Oh god, my poor feet... 😂

I *know* I'm too old to drink cocktails, dance for hours, sleep for three hours and go back to the convention. Of course I had to try anyway. 😂🤷‍♂️

Finally watched Kpop Demon Hunters, and yes, I have to admit that was FUN.

My nemesis (the GP's office manager) doesn't understand why insisting I come see the doctor in person (90 minutes train+tram), sitting in the hot waiting room for another 90 minutes and going home again (another 90 minutes) for something that should've been a 60 sec. phone call is an issue for me.

My ability to cope is, at any given moment, resting entirely on a bunch of fictional love affairs.

This season of Strange New World keeps surprising me in the best way. 😭💙

I always think that I'd like to have more friends, but then people behave in ways that make NO sense to me and stress me out so hard I never want to talk to anybody again.
