GOP Gov. Brian Kemp funneled $27 million in contracts to a company run by Senate candidate Derek Dooley's family. The company then moved $100,000 of this taxpayer money to Kemp's PAC, which is funding Dooley's campaign.

It is, by definition, a “conflict of interest” for a president to buy stock in a company, then shill its products and then oversee an agency that awards it a huge contract. There’s no mere “appearance” here.
