I wish the Eurostar ticket office at London St Pancras could sell more mainland rail tickets than just Eurostar Red routes. London being the only Eurostar station without a ticket office capable of selling tickets across numerous countries like SNCF/SNCB/NS/DB can is a massive missed opportunity

Organised my first ever emergency rail-rep buses! I've taken part in the process before, but this is my first time doing everything from planning, to sourcing, to scheduling, to advertising, so... hope it actually manages to run tonight 😂🫣

Managed to finally book a FIP-rate ticket with SNCF, and it only took 38 whole minutes on the phone 🙃 ...plus 22 minutes yesterday, and 13 minutes last Thursday. I really dislike how difficult they make it to use your FIP discount, and the hold music drives me nuts 😭
