Sometimes I can't with my friend. She hates her life, she wants to make more money but doesn't want to do anything different or new. She wants a new job, but doesn't want to work fine dining. Doesn't want to work days. Doesn't want to have to get dressed up.

my friend went to her OB to discuss her peri menopause. the doctor is insisting on prescribing her birth control- she pushed hard for IUD which my friend is against. I can't help but feel like she's not being heard?

Roe called, she had completely forgotten we spoke earlier. She wanted to tell me about the very hot doctor who also smelled nice. She said she was star struck, lol. So glad she's doing better, emotionally. I think that "a" today really helped her mood.

I psyched myself up and did the shower and tub yesterday. It was very hard for me and I think I can't do it anymore. Still have the rest of the bathroom to finish, which I can do without difficulty. I just don't want to.

Roes at the rehab now. She had PT and occupational therapy today, she said they gave her an "A", lol. She seems in better spirits, she's not puking anymore since they ended the fentanyl. They think 10 days, she's aiming for 7

Okay so now they've decided they are sending her to rehab and not directly home. Which honestly is a relief.

So I'm getting conflicting info now, first she was going home with help. Then they decided she should go to a rehab. She told me yesterday it would happen today (I never believed that) and now she's being told it could be weeks. Shes listening to these random folks and then getting depressed.

All the cats, inside and out, got some wet food, some pumpkin puree, and a sprinkle of cat nip. The pumpkin was mostly not a hit

Okay talked to roe, she sounds better. At least she's not puking anymore. Met with orthopedist, it's not broken and it's not her hip? She couldn't tell me what it was, but she doesn't need surgery. Thank fucking god.

So it's either broken or fractured they can't fully tell or bill didn't know. They're transporting her to the hospital outside the villages and she'll need to meet with an orthopedist to determine the course. Very bad news. She's also sick from whatever pain meds they gave her. Grateful for Bill

My mom's 80 something year old friend keeps bouncing from one room rental to the next. She's paying $900 for a fucking room in central Florida, which seems insane to me. I'm not sure what she's doing, but keeps getting kicked out. It's always the other person is crazy, this has been like 5 years!
