OK, its the Windows 15/01/26 update. To uninstall a Windows update, go to Start > Settings > Windows Update > Update history > Uninstall updates, then find and select the problematic update from the list and click Uninstall, which may require a restart to complete.

I'm working on cover art using watercolour paint. Looking at all my little mistakes, the tidelines, the little scuffs, I am tempted to leave them in as they were made by a human, not AI. It is my honest work, and the effort and challenge are rewarding.
