Some good news for a change. Although I still have high BP (i'm stressed out my mind still so that won't help), I have managed to lose over 6kg (that's about a stone in shillings and sixpence) purely by diet change. 🐰🥗🥬 The jury is still out on blood sugar until the results come back... 😠
