This year's Raisin d'Etre is truly a stunning sip this evening. Fresh, orchard fresh apples on the nose, followed by a complex fruit forward with hints of vanilla in the mouth. The finish is dry & smokey. Probably should invest in some @rosscider.bsky.social glasses though really. 🤔
