easy nice dinner for two:
- salmon fillet (about 1.25lbs), 1 lime, greens, rice
- squeeze half lime onto salmon, add flaky sea salt and pepper to your preference
- make 1/2 cup rice your favorite way. bake salmon at 350 for 15mins
- serve salmon with rice+greens, squeeze remaining lime onto it all
add a skeleton here at some point
