Spent today fighting for my life making Claire Saffitz’s pull apart sour cream and chive rolls. Did the dough ever come together when kneading? No. Did the first rise work out? No. The second? No. Was I able to use fresh chives? No. Despite everything working against me, these were DELICIOUS!! 🍞

I passed by a woman walking what I thought were dogs, but upon closer inspection they were two small, chipper goats. I love this for her.
