Went out for a pint tonight and have been talking nonstop with my mum (that used to play Hover Bovver with me) about meeting Jeff and the presentation he gave. There's not a lot of my heroes that she knows by name but Jeff is one of them.

Also enjoyed listening to Mark Cale @system3.bsky.social . A lot of interesting info about System 3. Especially when talking about the last 20 years there was a lot of stuff that I never knew that System 3 were involved in. Really cool!

Really lovely piece with Sean. Some days I just can't believe it's been 35 years. At times I can even still clearly remember the smell of the magazine and the excitement of reading a new issue... ..and then getting up from my desk chair, I suddenly groan. So yeah, it probably has been 35 years 😆

I've lost quite a few developer friends over the last few years, and I figure all this stuff could be of some historical value, so it would be nice if it "lived on" so to speak. More news soon, but I think it'll be a wonderful home.

I've been a bit quiet on here for a couple of months - sorting out some family problems. Now things are a little more stable, I think I've managed to find a permanent home for all the game source code, notes, letters and other such memorabilia from the eighties and beyond to be preserved and viewed.
