The first patients were enrolled into a clinical trial of alpelisib in Dent disease 2 at Bambino Gesù Hospital, funded by Lowe Syndrome, Trust UK and Association USA, and Dent Disease Foundation. The drug was identified by the Gallop and Devuyst labs. Read more:
