So not just in Magic but in general I actually really do not like Dragons. They just tend to be kind of annoyingly popular and people overhype them as creatures. I am much more of a Wizard fan and specifically like more studious wizard types Strixhaven made dragons I think are cool Wizard Dragons

Giving Gamble Storm is very very funny. But also I hadn't really realized just how powerful Prismari truly is. Thousand Year Storm is a small threat because of Variance, but you ALWAYS know where Prismari is and if you make 10 mana in one turn winning will likely be easy.

I won't lie... so far Silverquill seems the most interesting of the color pairs importantly because they are kinda weird. I love seeing Ghost Council of Orzhova return, though of course it draws cards when it does the thing because this is 2026 the "Never ending year of commander since 2020"

There are SO FAR 2 cards that have preparable Instants. I am going to assume if you manage to trigger their "becomes Prepared" condition multiple times (Duskmage seeing all opps draw 2 cards) you can respond before each resolves to cast the Instant. Is this right? @wotcmatt.bsky.social

4 mana to reprepare a creature, so add 4 to the cost of all of your prepared spells and see if they are still good, also keeping in mind that to loop it you need another card as well.

Is 5 Mana cheap? Like this is okay, but unless we are blinking stuff idk.

Alright Tournament Orgs and Players..... I am super curious about the Best of 5 structure with 2 games being pre-sideboard. This seems pretty bad as a structure cuz it means you can't really respond to what your opp is doing and could lose game 1 AND 2 because you dont have access to answers.

I wont lie i took so long to get through the new commander spoilers... my eyes kept sliding off every card after chapter 3 of "yet another commander card". Like god damned Proust is more concise.

This is such a cool way to design Commander Lands since in 1v1 they will enter untapped long after you and your opponent are dead and your bones have turned to ash, but in commander they enter untapped pretty early.
