Okay, I'm done! Here's a thread of the WPBL feeds I've created. Every player (per team rosters) is put in for each individual feed, plus the team name (e.g. WPBL Boston). Obviously if/when the teams get different identities, I will fix that. WPBL+ has all team names and player names fed in. WPBL:

This is awesome. It's a soccer (football) game where you don't even play on the pitch! You're a VAR who has to watch replays and determine the correct call. I need this for every sport, especially baseball. Hell, I'd spend hours playing a baseball version of this.

I have created a Women's Pro Baseball League feed! It's a work in progress as I need to hop in a meeting now, but I should be able to finish up the rest of the teams tonight. Currently should catch most everything WPBL-related. I'm working on putting all player names into the feed now.

While SMB1 was my first foray into console gaming, SMB3 cemented that love, obsession, hobby (whatever you want to call it. I played old DOS games prior to that before NES, but SMB3 is the one I think did it.

This will be a common answer for a lot of folks in my generation, but for me it was the first time I played a game that felt like stepping into another world.

So here's the thing, I had played a good amount of games by the time I got to JSRF. I never had full access to a dreamcast of my own and didnt get to jet grind radio until later. So I played Jet Set Radio Future at 10, and it's style, wild spirit, unbelievable coolness marked games as art to me.

Railroad Tycoon, my first history/map game. This set the table for all the civs. I just played on earth map every time, which eventually led me to Europa Universalis (which I still play obsessively)

it made me so excited about video games. hidden rooms, easter eggs, there was so much to love about it. yes, it was crude. but we didn't know that then. it was an enormous achievement to us
