Reminded today how grateful I am for colleagues who look out for one another - today someone offered a much needed listening ear over cups of tea and someone else offered some gentle accountability and weekend plans. The reaching out is something I am still learning but getting there #tinyjoys

Spending two hours with colleagues playing games in the Consistory Court (which is both warm and has a very helpfully large table) has definitely been the work perk of the year so far. We were few in number for our very first one, but now we know it works we can push it for next month ☺️ #tinyjoys

Been an odd week as we logistically work out how to verge Quire services now the central crossing is out of bounds for the building of the new ramped access. Immensely grateful for colleagues who are willing to experiment and adapt, and their patience as we try things!

A colleague and I are making plans to have a once a month staff board games evening in the Vestry (the warmest place in the building and relatively self contained) and I hope we pull it off. It gets people together and even if it is just we hang out and drink tea the mental health impact is big

Really proud that in being the only one of the team in today (one sickness and one covering livestream) no balls were dropped and four services happened, but also immensely grateful for teamwork with the serving team picking bits up and the clergy for being pragmatic about my inability to bilocate!

Gentle day off brunch with a friend which became wandering round town doing a few shopping jobs, then back to theirs for a cup of tea and now we're getting takeout and playing board games. Honestly so grateful to have this friendship in my life and the energy to do it sober #tinyjoys
