A game I backed on Kickstarter over 11 years ago at an atrocious amount is coming back from the dead, and it's really weird to see. I didn't stream back then, I barely had a personality, and there's these awkward remnants of my pre-streaming goober self bolted into what should've been a cool game.

It's amazing how much poor production quality is forgivable in endurance racing when ads aren't playing every 5-10 minutes like the US networks have done for the last several decades. Shifting my focus to horror communities around streaming spaces has been a breath of fresh air by comparison. I feel so much more welcome in them now that I'm active, to the point it's almost embarrassing to think there was a time where I felt like I wasn't worthy enough to do anything but lurk.

A question that comes up in the pinball world: why are we still protesting what happened at OBX? When tournament staff removes a trans woman from the bathroom and threatens to call the cops, and the cis players play on, that's not a first warning something has gone wrong. It's a last warning.

Sometimes I think being prestige XX in Phasmophobia gives me some sort of enhanced escape abilities against hunting ghosts. There is no way I should have survived here, and YET.
