it's really getting harder and harder to 'look on the bright side' or anything like that around a corner... every day is another news update that makes me feel worse than the day prior and whittles away at hope. any time i see the tiniest good, it feels like it gets snuffed out the next day.

i'm the kind of tired where it seeps down to the reaches of your soul and just makes you ache, makes you feel heavy... the news cycle, the state of the country? just all of it is just so fucking emotionally and mentally exhausting.
