Die Psychotherapie wird gerade kaputtgespart. Kassen und Politik halten Psychotherapeuten für teuer und überflüssig - sie würden ja nur „leichte Fälle“ behandeln. Vielfach herrscht die Meinung, Menschen mit Depressionen müssten sich nur „zusammenreißen“. ⬇️

And from someone who has an RSI from drawing: loosen that death grip!!! you can get those foam grip eggs or a roll of self adhesive bandage wrap stuff and wrap it around your tools so they're fat. Wider grip = far less strain on your wrists
