#WHRMCon the Battlesaurs intro was animated by Studio Trigger, and gives Reptillus a dynamic and gorgeous design for how he would look in his own series. It really shows how much the Pixar crew loved the world of Battlesaurs that they’d go through these lengths to flesh him out. 🧡

I always feel a little melancholy finishing a book series. To just dwell in those worlds for a time, that magic of discovery and escape. I know all good things must come to an end but sometimes I just want to sit and watch that sunset just a little while longer.

After finishing the Southern Reach Trilogy I went out and bought the fourth book, Absolution. Finished it in a day or so. I didn't find it as unnerving as the Trilogy in some ways but ends have been tied and some implications about Area X made more horrific. Great series, has invaded my nightmares.
