I feel like something in my brain is broken. I want to create. I want to stream. I want to make videos. But I just CAN'T. I can't see the point anymore. I can't see the way forward. I just feel so useless and unskilled and... nothing. Absolutely nothing. And no one's going to help me.

The best way to handle these sorts of compliments when you can't see your own skill level is to think "I'm glad this person can see the value that I cannot at the moment". Appreciate the compliment and realise that the skill is there in the work, just your brain sees everything it is not.
