So sick of the "you use em dashes so you must be AI" bollocks. I often use em dashes, and have since 1986. My editor also uses em dashes. The fact that I now constantly have to argue my grammar choices because I'm human and "like it that way" is infuriating. I also use ' instead of " in dialogue.
