I don't even have a lot of manic episodes. It's happened twice. And one hypo. What is the point of blocking everything and feeling nothing. I literally want to do nothing anymore and it's not an exaggeration if you knew my day-to-day anymore.

Can someone explain to me why bipolar depression goes on and on for months on end but "stable" periods are only a couple of months before they crash with a manic episode. I'm falling apart in every way and don't have any pieces left to pick up.

Cracked my phone screen for the second time within a month. Pixel 10a and especially its official case was probably the worst decision I made this year, and before that I'd made decisions that landed me in the hospital for weeks...

Meds are like... "Okay sure you're allowed to be depressed, but not suicidally depressed. But feel free to feel as low as you'll ever feel day after day. Just not that low. And definitely not high, never high. Don't be ridiculous."

If there's one thing I feel like my bipolar was good for, it was getting to experience what it was like to be in shape. I miss it, but not fondly. I feel very dulled toward those sorts of things and most of what were my interests anymore.

Shit, I apologize if I end up just kinda depressed posting on here but it might just be what I do.

The thing they don't tell you about addressing mental illness is that there isn't a high likelihood of medications actually resolving anything. Then once you're on them... Good luck... I feel dead to the world inside anymore.
