One of the funnest things about drawing is seeing how you approach a character differently over the years. I think I finally found a way to draw this guy that I'm happy with, even if I still like the 2023 drawing!

NPC dialogue is fertile ground for worldbuilding, creating verisimilitude, conveying important information, and hijinks!!

This Rayman character was never called Ales Mansay by any officially released capacity. If you just go by what Ubisoft calls him, he's either "The Magician" or "Dark Teensy". We only know that his real name is Ales Mansay because Rayman Origins' scrapped beta script was still inside the game's code.
