Alan Wake's 2 Herald of Darkness portion is probably one of the coolest parts in a videogame ever created. The game isn't perfect, but this episode alone is worth the whole thing.

There should be hard consequences for selling games that don't state the usage of AI. By letting them get away every time, you are just letting other bad agents know it's ok, because nothing will ever happen. Punish them. Don't let them sell games for a period, or permaban.
